Why are my customers showing an additional charge from my car wash?
What your customers are seeing is a pre-authorization that makes sure the bank account linked to their card is not empty. It will show as a pending charge, but will finalize to the amount of the sale. It should disappear from their account within 24 hours, but it can take longer.
